this is a picture. it is a picture of me. it is not a picture of me doing yoga. i am posing for a camera. i like to do this stuff. it is fun. but it is not necessarily yoga. there are other pictures on this site. some of them were also taken of me posing for a camera. i am doing yoga postures but that is not necessarily doing yoga. yoga means connection. in a physical practice it means mind body connection. for one person things like the postures seen in these pictures might be useful in a yoga practice and for another they might not. what i teach is the yoga that is right for the person i am working with. but the pictures are nice. i like them.
