Group Classes. There are
many benefits to the experience of group classes. These classes can be a
great social environment within which to practice. They are safe and fun
classes. The focus is on exploring and understanding how the body works
while obtaining a deeper experience of self. Price dependent on

Private Group Classes. This
is a good way to set up a consistent weekly routine with a group that
will be familiar. A small group of friends can share the experience of
developing and deepening their practice together. Recommended group
size would range from 2-8 people. Larger groups are possible but the
more people the less individualized attention any one person will be
able to receive. Cost: For two people $150.00 per hour ($75.00 per
person per hour). For three people $180.00 per hour ($60.00 per person
per hour). For four people $200.00 per hour ($50.00 per person per
hour). And for five or more people $45.00 per person per hour.
Corporate Classes. This is an
excellent way to increase worker productivity. A yoga practice reduces
stress levels and increases a person's ability to focus. A corporate
class at any time in the work day, as a break from the standard routine,
can be beneficial. It is also a great way to increase a sense of
camaraderie between coworkers. As people in the group develop their
practice and increase their abilities they share a feeling of
accomplishment and enjoyment within a non-competitive environment.
Cost: $150.00 per hour.
Advanced Training. This is an
excellent way for teachers or teacher trainees to develop their teaching
skills. The sessions can occur in a number of ways. And the trainee is
able to participate in creating the circumstances of the training. Some
examples are: Observed training sessions, where a teacher/trainee
observes a one-on-one session or series of sessions. Two or more
teacher/trainees set up a session or a series of sessions to work on
different teaching skills. A teacher/trainee brings a client with a
particular condition or circumstance for a session or a series of
sessions to observe how the situation is dealt with. Trainees are
observed while teaching each other or a student and then receive
feedback that will help to improve their teaching skills. Cost:
$150.00 per hour.
